ENTER international online conference (Bratislava meeting) proved to be successful

Academic staff from ENTER consortium universities and other interested institutions of Bulgaria, Belarus, Turkey, Austria, Ukraine, Germany, Czech Republic participated in the Bratislava online conference on April 22-23, 2020 and were able to discuss 14 course syllabuses for engineering educators, which are part of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd modules of the iPET network program.

Within two days more than 100 participants of the online conference had an opportunity to join the discussion, ask questions, and give comments and recommendations on improving the presented syllabus. Together with the Workshop on iPET modules' contents, as part of Workpackage 2 implementation, additional meetings were held only for members of the ENTER consortium on the current and future tasks of Workpackages 3, 4, and 5 (Management Board meeting). In the framework of those meetings ENTER project partners verified that all the objectives are being timely fulfilled.

Although it was the first ENTER project event held in the online format it proved to be very successful and fruitful. The virtual format of engineering professional educators' development foreseen at the project application stage has been validated while the partners demonstrated open-mindedness and readiness to adjust the learning environment to the new challenges.

The next ENTER meeting will also be held online in Rostov-on-Don (Russia) at the beginning of July 2020.
